Before Batman there was Gotham

Fox has release the trailer for this Fall’s new series Gotham. Step inside the city of the Dark knight and talk a look at the city in a time before Batman.

What are your thoughts… Will this be a winner for FOX or does anyone care about Gotham City without a Batman to protect it?

The Evil Dead 2013 Trailer

evil deadIt’s 2013 and we hope you had a fantastic holiday season. We’ve been slacking a little but that is going to change starting today… With the new trailer for the remake of the 1980’s cult classic the Evil Dead. Taking the original Evil Dead movie to a whole new level by adding updated special effects and a while new cast and a new set of characters. Sadly, based on the the IMDB, the role of Ash will not make an appearance in the 2013 remake.

However I wouldn’t put it past Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell to slide in a cameo or reference to the original movie and the hero we have come to love over the last twenty years.

Batman Sightings in Toronto Confirmed

With all the E3 news flying around this week I almost missed the news that the Bat Tumbler and Bat-Pod were visiting the city this week, and lucky for me they were down the street over my lunch break.

While I was standing around I heard talk about Swag give-aways and a chance to attend the Canadian Premier of the Dark Knight Rises so make sure you drop by and enter for your chance to win I may have to go back after work as they were not handing anything out when I was visiting during my lunch break.

Special appearances by Cat Woman, Robin and the Dark Knight himself (not Christian Bale though).

The Great Gatsby Trailer

Every high school student’s dream just came true… the Great Gatsby movie to the rescue. Why read the book when you can just watch the movie. I’m kidding of course – read the book then see the movie, it’s totally worth the read and it’s not that long of a book, and I’m fairy sure it’s required reading… and did I mention so worth it.

A tale of the 1920’s filled with post World War 1 optimism and dreams mixed with a dash of intrigue and deceit.>

Based on the book by F. Scott Fitzgerald.

The Amazing Spider-Man Trailer #3

With all the Avengers Hype this weekend (I’m going are you!?) lets take a second to breath and remember the other heroes we have grown to love – although I’m not sure we needed another reboot of the Spider-Man series, however this does look promising on both the level of action and the story line.

Introducing the Lizard – a man obsessed with repairing his missing limb, pushing the limits of science, only to fall victim of his own success.

And now back to Avengers Mania…

The Dark Knight Rises Trailer #3

OK Bane vs Batman – that is a battle of epic proportions. Pound for pound the balance is in Bane’s favour but BMan balances it all out with his brains, and a little help from a friend. Plus the sexy Anne Hathaway, in tight black leather, is back as Catwoman which is always a nice treat…

GI Joe: Retaliation Trailer

Ok I wasn’t a huge fan of the first GI Joe movie, but the trailer for the second Movie looks like the have really juiced up this sequel. Channing Tatum (Duke) returns along side Ray Park (Snake Eyes) while the cast see the addition of veteran action stars Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Bruce Willis.

Framed for crimes against the very country that they server and protect, the G.I. Joe team is scheduled for termination and replaced by a new special forces team. The surviving team members face off against Cobra’s chameleon, Zartan, and the world leaders he has under his influence.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2

I know this is not a new trailer but watching this just gives me chills… Having read all of the books and watched all of the movies I’m not sure I’m ready to view the ending of Harry Potter and his friends adventures… Until then here is the trailer.
